ROGUE
RIVER RAFTING

Rogue River
"Terrific experience. High spot of our three week trip to the US. We'd come again tomorrow if we didn't have to return to England. Enough to make a beginner want to do it again and again--the guides inspired confidence and competence, they were marvelous."

Ben Hiler, England

The Rogue River, simply put, is Oregon’s premier multi-day raft trip. The Rogue is so magnificent, Congress designated it as a National treasure by making it one of the first rivers protected by the Wild & Scenic Rivers Act in 1967. In southwestern Oregon, nature extends to you its very best as the Rogue cuts through the most rugged and dramatically beautiful area of the Siskyou Mountains. This roadless area is a botanical wonderland, with its forested canyons host to a unique ecosystem with abundant wildflowers, sparkling waterfalls, and spectacular vistas.

The Rogue River is 34 miles of challenges, exciting adventures, stunning splendor and plentiful wildlife for both beginner and experienced rafters. With over 80 rapids, you will encounter many thrilling Class III rapids, including Grave Creek Falls, Tyee, Wildcat, Devil’s Staircase, and more. Thundering Mule Creek Canyon and raging Blossom Bar rapids are two of the most dramatic Class IV rapids ever.

The scenery is unforgettable, and with great hiking trails you will explore historic sites including writer Zane Grey‘s wilderness cabin, and enjoy swimming in the Rogue’s warm waters and refreshing streams. These are just a few diversions you will find near campsites with inviting sand beaches and forest glades. The wildlife is profuse, with sightings of black bear, otter, mink, deer, turtles, bald eagles, osprey, and blue heron awaiting the lucky rafter.

This trip is made a classic by spending your last night at Paradise Lodge, a wilderness lodge overlooking the river with stunning views. The historic lodge and rustic cabins have the most spectacular view of the Rogue River found anywhere. The country hospitality, warm comfy rooms, and outstanding cuisine is the best offered. Paradise has no road access, and is only accessible by boating, hiking or plane, so you will experience the true meaning of “getting away from it all”. Experience the reasons it has been called Paradise for over 100 years.

Join us on for one of North America’s most inspiring river trips in the country, with its raging whitewater, warm swimming holes, and breathtaking surroundings. This rugged, magnificent and unbelievable river is rich in outdoor opportunities.
